Cengaver Target UAV is a target simulation platform used in the development, testing, calibration, and user training of air defense systems.
CENGAVER - I
CNGV-I is a target UAV made of a composite material and has a wingspan of 1.65 m and a payload capacity of 4 kg. Thanks to its ability to take off from the catapult, it is mobile and does not need a runway. The UAV can stay in the air for up to two hours.
CNGV-I can land with a parachute or on a fuselage, depending on field conditions. Thanks to its composite structure containing Kevlar, it can be used more than 20 times after landing.
UAV broadcasts live from the FPV tail camera. Thus, it provides easy landing and extra security. The FPV system has its own GPS and OSD, which also displays critical information such as position, altitude, take-off point.
The CNGV-I can be equipped with optional IR track enhancer, radar cross section enhancer, luneburg lens and active/passive radar reflector. This equipment makes the UAV ideal for testing and developing surface-to-air defense systems.
The CNGV-I is also used for radar operator training of end-users. CNGV-I UAV replaces manned aircraft, allowing cheaper and safer training.
